How many Disney Lorcana sets are there?
Thirteen numbered sets have been released so far, with a fourteenth announced for October 2026. Alongside them sit the standalone Illumineer's Quest boxes — Deep Trouble (May 2024), Palace Heist (May 2025) and the upcoming The Great Hunny Rescue, slated for October 2026 — which are co-operative products rather than numbered sets, so they don't count towards the thirteen.

What are all the Lorcana sets in order?
The full list runs from The First Chapter to Attack of the Vine!, with Hyperia City next. One note on dates: for the first eight sets, game shops got stock first and supermarkets followed a week or two later, so the commonly cited date is the game-shop launch. From Fabled onwards, Ravensburger flipped the naming — the game-shop weekend became a "prerelease" and the wide date the official release. The table uses the date each set is generally known by.

What is the next Lorcana set?
The next set is Hyperia City, set 14, slated for 23 October 2026 with prerelease events at participating game shops expected from 16 October. It trades the wilds and wells of the last arc for a metropolitan setting, and it's expected to bring characters from Pixar's Coco into the game for the first time. A third Illumineer's Quest box, The Great Hunny Rescue, is also slated for October 2026.

Do old Lorcana sets rotate out of play?
Yes, but only in the competitive Core Constructed format. The first rotation came with Fabled in September 2025, which retired sets one to four (The First Chapter through Ursula's Return); a second rotation followed with Attack of the Vine! in July 2026, moving the next block of four (Shimmering Skies through Reign of Jafar) out of the format. Cards reprinted in a legal set stay playable in any printing.
Rotation only matters if you play sanctioned events. The Infinity format keeps nearly every card legal, and for kitchen-table games and collecting, every set is fair game — arguably the older ones more so.
Which Lorcana sets can you still buy sealed?
Sets from the last couple of years are still straightforward to find at sensible prices; sealed product from the 2023 sets is scarce now and usually carries a collector premium.
