Change of mind

As a UK consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return it within a further 14 days at your own cost. Sealed products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition — once a sealed product is opened it cannot be returned, because its randomised contents cannot be resold. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or faulty items

Damaged-in-transit claims are handled quickly — photos of the packaging and product help us resolve things fast. For faulty or misdescribed goods we cover return postage and will repair, replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
