• UK tracked delivery — dispatched quickly, with care taken over packaging. Boxes are shipped in protective outer packaging.
• Pre-orders — dispatched on or around the official release date. Dates are set by manufacturers and can occasionally move.
• Mixed orders — orders containing pre-order items ship together when everything is available.
