It includes a special pack holding 3 of 9 illustration rare-style promo cards of first partner Pokémon from the Hoenn, Kalos or Paldea region, plus 2 booster packs and a sticker sheet.
Each box's three promos come from one region and form one scene. Buy it for the promos and as a gift for a starter-Pokémon fan; for pack value, a bundle does better.
