One sealed Japanese One Piece Card Game OP-13 booster pack, released in Japan on 23 August 2025. The Japanese title 受け継がれる意志 means "Inherited Will"; the same set came out in English as Carrying On His Will. Japanese packs hold 6 cards. OP-13 is the third-anniversary set, themed on the three brothers Luffy, Ace and Sabo, and it is the first set with Gol D. Roger and Imu as Leaders.
Japanese packs are smaller than English ones, which keeps the price per rip low, and many collectors prefer the Japanese print. Japanese One Piece cards are printed in Japanese and are not legal at English-language events, so this is one for collectors and openers.
