One sealed Japanese Ruler of the Black Flame (sv3) booster pack, released in Japan on 28 July 2023. Each pack holds 5 cards. This is the Darkness-type Tera Charizard ex set, with Pidgeot ex, Revavroom ex and Eiscue ex also in it.
A single pack is the cheapest way to try for the Charizard ex special art or gold card from the set that became English Obsidian Flames. Japanese cards are for collecting rather than UK tournament play.
