This is a partial list, and we say so deliberately. Ravensburger reveals cards in waves, and a full official list usually only exists once the set is out. Below, we separate what Ravensburger has confirmed from what currently comes from card databases. For dates and products, see our Hyperia City release guide.
How is the Hyperia City card list structured?
It follows the same shape as the last few Lorcana sets. The revealed cards carry numbers out of 204, so that is the main set: Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Super Rares and Legendaries across the six inks. Above 204 sit the alternate-art cards that do not count towards the printed total.
| Card numbers | Rarity | How many | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–204 | Common to Legendary | 204 | Confirmed by printed numbers |
| 205–222 | Epic | 18 | Card databases |
| 223–240 | Enchanted | 18 | Card databases |
| 241–242 | Iconic | 2 | Cards confirmed by Ravensburger |
Every set since Fabled has used this pattern of 18 Epics, 18 Enchanteds and 2 Iconics, and our own catalogue of Wilds Unknown and Attack of the Vine! singles matches it, so we are fairly confident it holds for Hyperia City too.
What are the Hyperia City chase cards?
The two Iconic cards come first. Ravensburger describes Iconic as the rarest cards in the game, and recent ones have been the most expensive cards in their sets by a distance. On 8 October 2026 we listed the Attack of the Vine! Iconics, Belle & Beast – Certain as the Sun and Lilo & Stitch – Fun-Loving Friends, at £1,234 and £1,049. That gives an idea of the tier, though nobody knows yet where Hyperia City's will settle.
- Mickey Mouse – Best in Town (Iconic, 241). First shown at D23. The regular version is Super Rare number 23.
- Cinderella – Unintentional Icon (Iconic, 242). The regular version is Super Rare number 157, a 7-cost Sapphire character with Shift 5.
Next come the Enchanteds. Tiana – Party Hostess was officially revealed as an Enchanted; her regular version is a Legendary (196). Ravensburger's Creative Spotlight on the set's night-time Enchanted artwork also featured Un Poco Loco, Max Goof – Karaoke Star, Remember Me, Rapunzel – Outgoing Artist, Ariel – Collector of Oddities and Raya – Determined Explorer, and all of them sit in the Enchanted number range on card databases.
Database lists name the remaining Enchanteds as Aurora – Delightful Musician, Miguel Rivera – Street Musician, Merlin – Profoundly Curious, Belle – Exceptional Writer, Shere Khan – Ruthless Entrepreneur, Héctor Rivera – Worldwide Sensation, Pepita – Imelda's Right Hand, Mulan – Martial Arts Master, Thomas O'Malley – Savvy Vagabond, Baymax – Amped Up and Marie – Caught in the Act. Treat those as likely rather than certain until the set is out.
Coco characters are worth watching. Miguel and Héctor are new to Lorcana, the film has a devoted following, and debut-franchise cards have tended to draw collector interest. That is a pattern, not a promise.
Which Legendary and Epic cards are revealed?
One Legendary came from an official exclusive reveal: Héctor Rivera – Worldwide Sensation (106), with Shift 4. Card lists add Powerline – Megastar (17), Aurora – Delightful Musician (19), Madam Mim – Resourceful Trickster (59), Max Goof – Karaoke Star (89), Shere Khan – Khan Industries CEO (195) and Tiana – Party Hostess (196).
For Epics, Héctor Rivera – Street Musician was officially revealed as an Epic; its regular version is an Uncommon (117). Epics are the alternate-art tier below Enchanted. In earlier sets most have sold for well under £50 as singles — on 8 October 2026 the median Epic in our Attack of the Vine! stock was £5 — so they are the affordable way to own the set's special artwork.
Which other Hyperia City cards are officially revealed?
Ravensburger's set page, its Creative Spotlight and exclusive media reveals have shown, among others:
- Miguel Rivera – Street Musician (Rare, Amber, 21) and Miguel Rivera – Promising Musician (10)
- Un Poco Loco (Rare, Amethyst song, 63)
- Héctor Rivera – Street Musician (Uncommon, Ruby, 117)
- Dante – Enthusiastic Stray (43) and Dante – Strange and Endearing (48)
- Ernesto de la Cruz – Idol of Millions (118) and Though I Have to Say Goodbye (Ruby song)
- Madam Mim – Nosy Neighbor, Merlin's Shop and Smithy – Magical Market and Institute of Technology
The set also brings back familiar faces in city roles: TaleSpin's Shere Khan as a businessman, Zootopia's Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, Big Hero 6's Honey Lemon, Wasabi and Baymax, and the Aristocats.
What are ink drops?
Hyperia City's new mechanic. Ravensburger describes an ink drop as a counter giving a player one-time-use ink, which can be spent to play cards from hand or to power up other cards. In practice it lets you play ahead of your inkwell for a turn, which is likely to make certain cheap ink-drop makers sought after by players once the set is out.
Should you open packs or buy Hyperia City singles?
If you want the Iconic or Enchanted cards specifically, buying singles will almost always cost less than opening for them. If you enjoy opening, the Hyperia City booster display holds 24 packs of 12 cards at £120.00 (£5 a pack), against £3.75 for a single pack. The Illumineer's Trove is £44.99 for eight packs plus dice, a lore counter and a storage box. Prices checked 8 October 2026 on our own shop.
Iconic Trading Cards will list Hyperia City singles after release. In the meantime, every earlier set is in Disney Lorcana singles, and our Attack of the Vine! price guide shows how a recent set's chase cards have settled. Pre-orders are dispatched on or around 23 October; orders of singles only ship for a flat £2.45.
What has been rumoured but is not in Hyperia City?
Three things worth clearing up. Illustrious cards and Collector Boosters are not in this set; they debut with Into the Inkdark. Zootopia and Big Hero 6 are not new to Lorcana — both first appeared in Azurite Sea. And the prerelease date is 16 October, not the earlier date some listings carried. We will update this list as Ravensburger reveals the remaining cards.
Frequently asked questions
How many cards are in Hyperia City?
The main set is numbered to 204, which you can see printed on the revealed cards. Card databases list 38 more above that — 18 Epic, 18 Enchanted and 2 Iconic — for 242 in total. Ravensburger has confirmed the two Iconic cards but has not published a full rarity breakdown itself.
What are the Iconic cards in Hyperia City?
Mickey Mouse – Best in Town and Cinderella – Unintentional Icon. Ravensburger calls Iconic cards the rarest in the game, and there are only two per set. Both cards also have regular Super Rare versions in the main set.
Are there Illustrious cards or Collector Boosters in Hyperia City?
No. Ravensburger has said Collector Boosters, and the serialised Illustrious cards found only in them, debut with Into the Inkdark, the first Lorcana set of 2027. Hyperia City has standard booster packs only.
Which Hyperia City Enchanted cards have been revealed?
Tiana – Party Hostess has been officially revealed as Enchanted. Ravensburger's own art feature also showed Enchanted-style artwork for cards including Un Poco Loco, Max Goof – Karaoke Star, Remember Me, Rapunzel – Outgoing Artist and Ariel – Collector of Oddities. The rest of the 18 come from card databases for now.
When can I buy Hyperia City singles?
After the set releases on 23 October 2026 and the cards have been sorted and checked. Until then you can pre-order Hyperia City booster packs, displays and the Illumineer's Trove, and earlier sets' singles are on the site now.
